As a long-time experienced yoga teacher, I’ve had the honor of sharing my signature mobility flows all over the world. I have headlined numerous festivals, including Envision, Yoga Fest Mex, FreeSoul Fest to name a few. There is an incredible energy that happens when we all move and breathe together. Festivals are a celebration and presenting at festivals is a true honor.

I have been invited to teach for royalty in the Middle East, to appear in ads for Lee Jeans, Kira Grace Yoga and many other yoga apparel brands. I have been a guest at properties all over the world, helping to spread the word of health and wellness.
I have graced the cover of Yoga Journal Thailand. I inspire health and wellness in nearly half a million people via social media daily.
