MY SCHEDULE
I am currently teaching in the cities of Seattle, Bellevue, Sammamish, Snoqualmie and Redmond. In addition to the public classes listed below, I teach at the Pine Lake Club on Thursday mornings, a members only club in Sammamish. On Friday mornings I teach corporate classes for Meta on site. If you can't attend a public class and are interested in corporate or private instruction, please message me directly.

Monday at 6:20Pm and 7:40PM
Infrared Yoga - Power Vinyasa, Stretch & Restore
60 minutes of flowing yoga sequences combining strength, flexibility, stamina, cardio, and concentration. The practice heals and detoxifies the body — soothing and invigorating the nervous system, balancing hormones, building cardiovascular strength and stamina, and improving the digestive and elimination systems.
Stretch & Restore is a 45 minute heated class designed to re-align the body. Infrared’s signature active stretching class. Think of this as a yin/slow flow hybrid, postures being held longer focusing on the connection to your body, mind, and breath.
